Being in my forties, I remember the line "somewhere in the swamps of Jersey" when it was fresh in the Bruce Springsteen song Rosalita (Come Out Tonight). However, having made my avocation banging guys in their twenties, I've also become awfully familiar with the raucus post-punk anthem from the band Lifetime that borrowed its title from the earlier classic. In any case, I've spent more than my share of evenings fucking to the beat of both songs over the course of (cough) several decades.

Why would I be writing about sex and the geography of The Garden State? Because I'm returning to Edison, New Jersey for the Northeast's only adult entertainment convention: Exxxotica NJ 2010! I don't do a lot of the shows where fans get to meet the personalties from the industry in person, but I almost never miss an opportunity to attend an Exxxotica event. My first was the New Jersey show last year (where I had an absolute blast), so I'm really excited to go this time.

Exxxotica has a ton of cool features you won't find at other events, including Fantasy Island, which has dozens of individual stations featuring today's hottest stars; and Legends of Exxxotica, where you can meet...well, the legends of porn - including your favorites from the days of wanking to VHS! For the first time, this year's VIP ticket (available at their site) will allow you to attend the official afterparty, which should be a cool opportunity for you to bend elbows with your favorite stars...how cool is that?

This year, I'll be at booth number 408 with bestie Totally Tabitha, and my PornDaughter™ Kimora Klein. The photo at right was from last years show, where we were lucky enough to be neighbors with the gorgeous Joanna Angel and her Burning Angel crew.
